Pay Rate: $1284.00 - $1480.00
PTA or COTA needed asap
Required Certifications: none. OK license
Years of Experience: 2
Must Have Skills/Experience: rehab experience
Required Education: PT or PTA license
Equipment: lift and SPH equipment, vector, biodex balance, bioness L300
EHR: UDS/epic
Preferred Skillset/Experience: understanding of quality indicators, GG codes
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, amputee, ortho, back surgeries, BI/SDH/SDA
Personality Fit: organized, fast—paced, develops good rapport with patients and a variety of staff
Scrub Color: black
Parking: first day will be at front entrance; once badged, can enter through back/employee entrance
