Looking for a Professional Services (PS) Operations Analyst to support the Professional Services team. We are on a mission to help the Global PS organisation to successfully deliver larger outcomes.
You will report to the Operations Manager and are responsible for supporting North America PS operations.
In this role, you have exceptional attention to detail, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You are a self-starter, flexible, and have a high level of integrity. You have overall responsibility for supporting PS projects from quote to cash. You will execute PS Operations processes while working with cross functional teams including Services Sales, Sales, Project Management, PS Management, Revenue, Finance, and Orders Teams. This role is for you if you are structured, focused, business minded, and able to prioritize.
Primary owner of pre-sales activities by building Statement of Works; build scope of services contract, track and manage review process.
Support subcontractor Purchase Requisition process– create Engagement Letters for suppliers, build Purchase Request, track approvals Manage supplier PO funds, support PS managers in adding additional funds Track subcontractor costs for NAM for reporting and analytics Support PSA tool (Clarizen) in creating and setting up projects for delivery team Maintains quality service by establishing and carrying out organization standards Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting Analyze and report on trends and activity across the PS business, utilizing data from multiple systems including Clarizen, SFDC and Tableau Identify opportunities to scale and improve day to day operations. Develop problem solutions by describing requirements in a workflow, research system capabilities, and work with development teams to implement and test solutions
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology or equivalent
- 3-5 years demonstrable experience in a highly demanding operations role within a sales or professional services organization Experience creating contracts, invoices, purchase requisitions, financial reports Understanding of services revenue recognition and billing Salesforce.com is a must, Clarizen or other PSA tool (OpenAir, FinancialForce, Kimble) and SAP experience a strong plus Superb interpersonal skills, verbal and written.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related field
