In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by providing innovative scaffolding, hoists, swing stages, and shoring designs, proposals, and equipment to construction sites and contractors. Responsibilities
- Develop new clients and service existing ones in the Charlotte metro area
- Visit construction sites and contractors to promote our products and services
- Create innovative designs and proposals using our safe access solutions
- Nurture relationships with clients through creative problem solving and excellent communication
- Manage projects from start to finish, working with scheduling to optimize work efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and high self-motivation
- Ability to understand drawings and building structures
- Background in construction is advantageous but not required
- Sales experience not required, nor prior experience in the scaffolding industry
