What You’ll Do:
- Exceptional Service: Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service, prioritizing customer requests and concerns.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and weekends, to ensure team coverage and meet company and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer service center.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong understanding of how to deliver and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Location: Must live within the DFW metroplex and be willing to commute to the office regularly.
