This Technician specializes in diagnosing and repairing systems and components. Adept at using test equipment to identify and resolve issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring operational and safety standards in CNG compressor environments.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance: Conducted routine maintenance on CNG compressors, dryers, pumps, valves, meters, and rotating equipment.
Inspection: Performed visual inspections and diagnostics of electrical systems using digital volt/ohm meters to ensure circuit continuity and identify faults.
Repair: Diagnosed and repaired malfunctioning systems and components using manuals, test equipment, and hand tools.
Safety Compliance: Ensured equipment and safety devices were operational, reported failures, and adhered to company policies.
Documentation: Documented service actions through daily logs and reports.
Customer Service: Managed customer interactions through site visits and calls, ensuring vendor compliance with policies.
Emergency Response: Maintained 24-hour on-call status for emergency and preventive maintenance, responding effectively.
Travel & Expenses: Handled travel bookings and expense tracking related to job duties.
Physical Requirements: Performed tasks involving physical effort, such as driving, using hand tools, and typing.
