Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Executive to join our client’s team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing education and healthcare construction projects, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on education and healthcare projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
