We are seeking highly talented self-starters who will support ops and partner with our operations team to proactively review, assess, and maintain our assets so that ops can function at full capacity.
Position: Facilities Manager, Full-Time Position
Reports directly to the General Manager of Facilities
Compensation:
· Highly Competitive Annual Salary
· Performance-based Bonus: Up to 20% annually

Responsibilities:
· Support operations by partnering with the ops team in the field to identify, understand, and prioritize asset needs for each store
· Manage 25-40 small/medium-sized projects consistently in an organized and efficient manner, focused on prioritizing immediate needs for operations, and ensuring professional, timely, and cost-effective execution
· Support and meet ops’ needs by communicating constantly with the field and diligently executing on daily, weekly, and monthly success routines, including the following:
o Coordinate Facilities’ programs with vendors without interfering or inconveniencing store operations, and serving as advocates for the store through clear and concise daily communication to the field
o Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of high-value items and projects, including kitchen equipment, water heaters, HVAC systems, roofs, parking lots, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure professional execution, timely responsiveness and completion, and cost-effective solutions
o Following up with both vendors and field ops throughout each project to clearly communicate deliverables, expectations, timing, and completion
· Initiate and manage contracts for repair and maintenance projects
· Manage the Facilities budget and track expenditures
· Assist in identifying cost-effective and value-engineered alternatives when planning expenditures
· Oversee assets, proposals, and invoices in a work-order management platform (CMMS)
· Follow organizational procedures; take the initiative to perform other job-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field preferred
- 5 years of Facilities Management or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication skills, to partner with operations management, interact with the field and with vendors, and to present findings and insights to leadership
- Strong proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft suite, and ECOTRAK (CMMS)/similar platforms preferred
- General knowledge of the proper and safe operation, service, and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other related building system functions
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and codes relating to building operating systems
- Needs to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, organizational/prioritization skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to follow standard operating procedures and instructions to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner, following Company guidelines and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively and efficiently within a team environment
