As a Practice Director, you'll oversee a talented team of consultants and developers, leading Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) implementations, building out strategy, and managing delivery. You'll be key in growing the practice, ensuring the team delivers top-quality solutions, and driving revenue growth. If you're passionate about Dynamics, a strong leader, and have a track record of delivering complex ERP/CRM projects, this is your chance to step up.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the Dynamics 365 practice, focusing on F&O and CE solutions.
- Define and implement strategies to grow the practice and expand service offerings.
- Oversee delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants, developers, and architects.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development, identifying new opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading ERP and/or CRM projects in a consulting environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
- Ability to strategize and grow a practice, from hiring to business development.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ideally, experience in partner setting.
