Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on M&A and private equity
• Track record of academic achievement from a top-rated law school
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diverse perspectives, and a high level of maturity
• Licensed in Illinois or eligible to waive into the Illinois bar
