Pay range: $40 – 43.74/hour on W2.

Shift Time: Monday to Friday 08AM to 05PM
Job Description:
Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information.
Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing and shipping.
Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts.
Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures.
The candidate should have comprehensive logistics experience, including shipping and receiving.
They will handle and unpack inventory and should be familiar with scanning technology (e.g., barcode scanners).
Monthly inventory checks will be required, with increased frequency if issues arise.
Attention to detail is crucial for accurate counting and labeling, especially for FDA and USDA compliance.
Mornings will be focused on receiving and processing shipments, while afternoons will be dedicated to picking and packing based on customer service orders.
Medical devices require precise tracking of lot numbers and expiration dates.
Experience with shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx) is necessary, along with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; Excel skills are preferred.
Experience with pallet jacks is required, and forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Operations involve multiple personnel for verification and packing to ensure accuracy.
The candidate should be comfortable working in cool storage areas (walk-in refrigerators).
Overtime is a requirement, especially to meet nationwide shipping demands.
While experience in medical devices is a plus, it is not essential; a strong logistics background is prioritized.
A college degree is preferred but not required, as practical experience is more important.
The candidate must have the ability to unload shipments without a loading dock, using lift gates for deliveries.
