The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills. In this position you will have the ability to work independently on projects and be expected to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
· Communicate via telephone, email and in person to address team member and client needs
· Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner
· Become an expert in all aspects of daily operations including account opening, money movement, account linking, investment strategy implementation and other client service-related duties
· Manage all client transaction requests
· Prepare, compile and organize all necessary documents, reports for client meetings·
· Process insurance, banking and investment applications and paperwork
· Obtain and process all client information and update CRM
· Onboard new clients and make them feel special
· Perform administrative and clerical duties for the team (answering phones, triage email, etc)
· Make travel arrangements, expense entry and management
· Schedule and coordinate appointments and manage team calendars
· Maintain mailing lists
· Work according to set team standards and operating procedures
· Assist with maintaining a standard operating procedure manual
· Collaborate with third party resource partners and custodians
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· 3-5 years’ client service experience in Financial Services or wire house/banking experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
· Desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and results-oriented environment
· Comfortable working independently and directly with other team members
· Team player supporting focus on growth of the business and results for clients
· Strong orientation to technology with ability to learn quickly and work with various platforms
· Sound organizational skills
· Highly detail-oriented
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Adept problem solver with initiative to proactively identify and address potential issues
