VOYlegal is working directly with our client (a law firm consistently named a Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley) to identify:
(1) Corporate/Transactional Attorneys with experience handling varied transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners in transactional law, including mergers & acquisitions due diligence and compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation and restructuring, financing transactions etc.
(2) Real Estate/Land Use Attorneys with 2-8 years of real estate experience, including representing owners and developers in land use and zoning matters, eminent domain, real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, and tax assessment matters.
PA bar license required; NJ bar preferred
