JOB SUMMARY:
As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist with Payroll Processing:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter payroll data into the system accurately, including new hires, terminations, timekeeping information, and any other relevant changes.
- Verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to facilitate payroll calculations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll transactions, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible for audits or inquiries.
- Handle confidential employee information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in generating payroll reports for management, HR, and accounting purposes as needed.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner, providing assistance and resolving issues as necessary.
Provide Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Performs general clerical support for HR department such as filing paperwork, data entry, and office upkeep.
- Assist HR managers with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR
- Minimum two years payroll and/or accounting experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (ADP).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

- Salary: $25-$28 per hour
