This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing client’s team as Sr. HVAC Engineer. They are a commercial property and multi-family restoration team, with headquarters in Downtown Milwaukee. This is a direct hire position with 1st shift hours M-F and will pay $30-$45/hour depending on experience. This role includes full benefits health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401k match. We are seeking candidates who have at least 5+ years of Commercial HVAC experience inside corporate office buildings or large apartment complexes. Qualified candidates will already have their Universal HVAC Certification.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
- Oversee and train junior HVAC Technicians.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Universal HVAC Certification (EPA 608 Universal)
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable working independently and as a team.
- Valid driver license with a respectable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent
