What will your day look like? As a Support Engineer you will:
- Resolve and troubleshoot issues related to integrations, APIs, and core platform.
- Provide technical support for clients in the financial sector.
- Respond to client inquiries via chat and email in an efficient and timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and internal development teams to resolve and escalate issues.
- Create knowledge base articles and document solutions for future reference.
- Provide guidance and training to clients on new features and best practices.
You’ll be a good fit for the Support Engineer role if you:
- Have 3 or more years of professional experience as a support engineer.
- Are proficient in AWS or a comparable cloud service provider.
- Have a strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL and Postgres.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Are interested and excited by the opportunities and challenges of startup life.
