Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estate Planning Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Boston office. The successful candidate will have a solid background in drafting estate planning documents and a strong understanding of federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns. Familiarity with Massachusetts probate laws and procedures is essential.
Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor from top-ranked law school, required.
- 2-5 years of experience in estate planning, including drafting estate planning documents.
- Familiarity with the preparation of federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts probate laws and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt to quickly evolving situations.
