Title: Technical Business Analyst

Length: 6-month / on-going Contract
Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team, focusing on analyzing data and interpreting and documenting the business logic for commission calculations. This role presents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to support data migration to the Azure cloud while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of commission-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality analysis and support for commission calculations.
- Analyze and interpret data, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of commission structures and the business logic that drives calculations.
- Facilitate the migration of data to the Azure cloud, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Investigate performance issues related to data accuracy and processing efficiency.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Document business processes and data flows to support ongoing analysis and future enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, and cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
