Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Junior Program Manager to assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks across teams, ensuring clear communication, and helping to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and assisting in managing expectations.
- Risk Identification: Help identify potential risks and issues within projects, working with senior managers to develop mitigation strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, providing data and insights to help drive decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Budget Assistance: Assist in monitoring project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and aligned with financial goals.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving program management processes, helping to increase efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
- Compliance Support: Ensure that projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM) are a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, coordination, or a related role.
