- Treat patients 18 years and older
- Each physician has access to individual scribe and nurse
- Ability to perform multiple ancillary services in the office

- Monday Friday, 8a 5pm clinic schedule
- EPIC EMR in clinic and hospital
- Practice located in the new Medical Pavilion adjacent to the hospital
