Call
• Hospital - they all rotate through the hospital, only a few weeks in the year, we have 2 inpatient Endocrinologists who cover most hospital weeks and so the outpatient team usually do 4-6 per year between 6 providers.
• Clinic Call - rotate through, after hour service 1:10
Offer - Group offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
MGMA base salary with incentives
New Grad - $240k
Experienced - $250k
- current team is funding annually 270k in total comp with productivity and quality
