About the Role
Are you passionate about data and its power to drive business decisions? We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Technology Integration & Performance team within Enterprise Technology. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in processing, analyzing, and transforming data to support our workforce and supplier management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze data related to workforce, projects, and other key areas.
- Develop data transformation programs to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis to align with organizational objectives and goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business and Data Analysis experience
- Proven experience in data transformation and integration.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide is a must.
- Experience with Tableau dashboard development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Workfront applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
