- Preparing for and attending trials, hearings, and depositions

Job Requirements
- Experience in handling discovery, briefing, and trial preparation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Knowledge of California procedure and motion practice
- Experience in business, employment, class action and catastrophic personal injury litigation
Ability to work on cases from a broad range of industries
