Responsibilities
- Greet and direct patients with utmost care and respect
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurances and maintain proper records and files
Experience
- 3-5 years in customer service, reception, or administrative roles
- Experience in a non-profit or community office highly preferred
- High School Diploma
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite software
