As a Sr. Pega Business Analyst you will:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with the organization's goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, validate requirements, and obtain consensus among stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions to address them.
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide decision-making and support business process re-engineering efforts.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing them with support and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in process mapping, work flow analysis, and business process modeling.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are advantageous.
Job Description:
- Strong BA Capabilities in understanding customer problem statements from business perspective and translating them to solve the solutions, enable technical team and collaborate with client stakeholders.
- Able to analyze the data using Excel and SQL by connecting to Database like Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL
- Able to review QA test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing
- Good knowledge and working experience on US Health-care Payer E2E Claims Adjudication, Provider Data Management,Member Enrollment, Care Management, HEDIS, Poupulation Health, and Billing
- Having experience on tools Pega, TruCare, and Cotiviti QualInt is added advantage
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 7-10+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3+ years of health care (Payer) domain experience
- US Health care Payer E2E Claims Adjudication, Provider Data Management,
- Should have Pega experience.

Pay Range*: $120k/yr to $125k/yr OR $60/hr to $65/hr on W2 Hourly
