About the Role
Oversee gaming tables and dealers to ensure compliance with house rules and proper conduct from both players and staff. Manage daily operations of the Table Games Department, focusing on cash flow and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor gaming personnel for signs of theft or connections to dishonest players, and patrol the casino floor to identify and remove suspected card counters.
- Stay informed about new games and negotiate contracts for new machines and gaming options.
- Prepare annual budgets and capital expenditure forecasts for the upcoming year, and submit monthly variance reports to Accounting, ensuring all relevant documentation is provided.
- Ensure compliance with all Title 31 regulations.
- Enforce departmental and company policies, and be responsible for hiring, training, leading, developing, motivating, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining team members.
- Possess a thorough understanding of industry concepts, practices, and procedures, with the ability to travel for casino marketing functions.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management.
