Position: Part Time HR Admin
Location: Englewood, CO
A nonprofit mental health organization is currently seeking a Part Time HR Admin to join their team. This position is primarily responsible for supporting their HR team with onboarding. The ideal candidate must be sharp and have a professional demeanor, a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 2-month contract position paying $24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Send out initial onboarding email to new hires with information on what is needed to be processed
- Create candidate profile in the system and upload all information throughout the process
- Send out background checks, follow up for completion and analyze for accurate background checks
- Complete references
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Previous HR experience required
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and knows what to prioritize
- Need someone who can work in fast paced environment and is detail oriented
