The Community Charter is seeking a school School Speech Pathologist/CST Case Manager to evaluate/test, provide therapy (group/individual) as well as act as a Child Study Team Case Manager
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for:
- Provides diagnostic assessments and evaluations of pupils referred to the child study team for communication disorders
- Plans, prepares and delivers Speech Therapy Sessions for children with speech and language deficiencies.
- Facilitates individual and small group intervention sessions with students who have been classified with an Individualized Education Program.
- Develops and implements an individualized educational program (IEP) in conjunction with parents and teachers for pupils who are eligible for speech correction and identifies pupils in need of related services.
- Child study team case manager as assigned.
- Keeps those records necessary for each child and completes all required local, state and federal reports.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the CST
