Location: Onsite, Beaverton, OR 97005
Pay Range: $44-48hour DOE
Hours Per Week: 40 (Nonexempt)
Job Description:
The Product Management - Intermediate role focuses on the appearance and management of product, communications, and collateral materials for global apparel, specifically Kids.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams by setting clear expectations and driving collaboration.
- Oversee merchandising and product creation for multiple businesses.
- Manage product development processes and make business decisions in alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure systems and business processes are optimized for product creation.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director and a team of 4 to manage global apparel operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience specifically in merchandising and/or product creation.
- Proven ability to lead a team overseeing multiple businesses.
- Strong understanding of business processes and decision-making frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in ambiguous situations, with a positive and flexible approach.
- Experience in apparel is highly preferred.
