Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5-year estimation experience
- Previous experience developing comprehensive, voice and data bids for customers, including low voltage wiring, trim-out, equipment rack setup-layout, and system processing.
- Familiar with creating job packets to include a bill of materials, accurate equipment order sheets, scope of work for the installation, scope of work for the programming, contact list (project information sheet “PIS”), job safety requirements, and one-line drawings.
- Utilized the Estimation software's; Accubid, Conest, or McCormick
Plusses:
- Cost Estimating certifications
- Previous Field Experience within Telecommunications (someone who worked their way up)
- Associates or Bachelor Degree

The Cost Estimator will be responsible to assemble materials and labor estimates for proposals and bids. Determine material quantities, pricing, and labor to complete the installation according to the customer’s expectations.
