Our client based in Durham is seeking a Payroll to come aboard their team as a full time employee working a hybrid schedule in Durham, NC. The Payroll Specialist will assist with:
- Payroll Management
- HRIS Management
- Financial Reporting
- HR Budget Management
- Benefits Administration
- Invoicing & Vendor Management
- HR Support
Qualifications:
· U.S. based Bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years’ experience in as a payroll specialist, payroll administrator, or payroll manager in a corporate setting
· Done payroll for company with over 200 employees
· Strong in Excel
· Experience entering data into an HRIS systems(i.e entering salary changes, promotions, manager changes)
· Experience paying invoices on time , must have paid a vendor before
· Experience and willingness to give general HR support when needed
PLUS
· Worked in payroll for an insurance company or financial services
· Paylocity, benefits administration, and budget management would be a plus
