Prominent national firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for their growing Manhattan office. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience. Experience in ANY desired: Employment, Real Estate, Securities, Business Disputes, Directors & Officers.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in NY State
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in both NY State and Federal a plus
- Experience managing class actions
- Ability to understand financial documents is a plus
Base salary Range 140k-200k. Comprehensive Benefits Package + Generous Bonuses
