We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join our engineering consulting team. Our mission is to create a smarter, healthier, and more sustainable world through innovative design and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with clients to establish project timelines, and expectations, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
- Manage and supervise engineering teams on specific projects, overseeing the total mechanical systems design.
- Conduct calculations for mechanical system designs, including hydraulic modeling and stress analysis for piping systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and enhance design standards and procedures where necessary.
- Assist in manpower projections, scheduling, and business development efforts, including maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, including developing narratives, resumes, and project fees.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical systems design.
- Expertise in steam, chilled water, and compressed air systems.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering theories, methodologies, and mechanical system design.
