Office Services/Hospitality Associate
Join our dynamic Workplace Experience Service team as an Office Services/Hospitality Associate! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting hospitality operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our client’s employees and guests.
- Location: Manhattan, New York
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Pay rate: $22.50 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with confidence and tact
- Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are ready for use
- Coordinate catering services for meetings and events
- Perform regular rounds to maintain workspace cleanliness and functionality
- Support office services including mail, print, and reception as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in hospitality, events, or a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Highly organized, collaborative, and proficient in Microsoft Office
