Job Duties:
- Review and analyze past social media content to identify top-performing posts and themes
- Assess performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to inform future content strategies
- Brainstorm fresh, creative ideas for social media posts and campaigns based on audience insights
- Write engaging hooks and captions tailored for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to stay ahead
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content to maximize reach and engagement with our target audience
- Assist in editing and repurposing existing content to maximize performance
- Provide recommendations on improving social media content, storytelling, and overall brand voice
Required Skills:
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Media or related major
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Passion for content creation and social media trends
- Excellent writing skills, with a focus on crafting catchy, engaging hooks and captions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret new content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work in results-driven environment

Probationary Period:
All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employee’s performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners. For the duration of 90 days, employment may be terminated at any time during this period without notice. Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days. During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored. At the end of the Probationary Period, the employee will be informed if they have successfully completed the Probationary Period.
