Job Description:
- The client would pull a file from Arena that would represent all the BOM created in our PLM system by part number
- We need someone to pull the BOM detail by Part number from SAP
- Create a process to compare the BOM in PLM to SAP BOM
- The SAP BOM will have a different base quantity, this resource needs deep understand of the BOM in SAP
- Identify any discrepancies between the 2 (PLM is the system of Record)
- Create a discrepancy review cycle with key Insulet resources, before any updates are made Execute BOM updates using the SAP ECN process, so an audit trail is created of any changes in SAP
- The client will initiate any ECO's in the PLM system depending on the type of discrepancy
- The expectation is the resources will have deep SAP master data experience specific to BOM creation.
