Responsibilities:

• Document functional requirements for system development and integration.
• Guide the prioritization of software development projects based on business needs.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Transport industry
• Proficient in using Atlassian Jira
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Systems
• Experience in Database management
• Proven skills in AB Testing
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Capability to prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Project Management
• Proficient in Application Integration
• Experience in Implementations management
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field is preferred
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
