- Must have HR – ERP experience
- Should have knowledge on how to pull data, translate data, configure data, etc.. (Power BI Tools). Not hands on but needs to understand the flow of data.
- Should understand the change Management procees

- Must be pro-active a go getter, passionate about BA/Data
- Must be thick-skinned and prepared to go with the flow and work with multiple divisions within the organization including executives.
- Must be able to hit the ground running and be independent. Looking for someone to take initiatives rather wait to be given directions.
