Investor Relations Associate Responsibilities
- Responsible for completing DDQs/RFPs and client requests, including writing and editing content, working with cross-functional teams to obtain the necessary information, and ensuring that the final product is accurate and delivered on time
- Maintain familiarity of investor preferences, commitments, and relationships
- Assist in the preparation and review of marketing decks
- Aid primary fundraisers in the follow up of investor prospecting
- Build and maintain accurate investment reporting and investor profiles
- Assist in the development and implementation of investor communication strategies, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials
- Respond to broad range of investor requests for their various funds
- Act as a primary point of contact for existing and potential investors
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences
- Conduct research and analysis to support investor relations initiatives, market intelligence, and competitive analysis
- Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, investor updates, and quarterly reports
- Support the Investor Relations team with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Investor Relations Associate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity/private credit, or related roles within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of investment concepts and financial markets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
