The Administrative Assistant provides vital administrative and clerical support to members of Academic Leadership in order to help ensure processes are completely in a timely manner. We are looking for engaging, warm, and enthusiastic people who can thrive within a multi-faceted team.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: The starting pay will range from $21-22/hr
Work Model: This will work 100% onsite at the campus

Day in the Life -
- Provide administrative support in area of typing correspondence, memos and reports.
- Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Prepare activities reports for guidance of management.
- Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
- Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
- Identifies administrative needs and develops appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintains calendar(s) for the supervisor and/or department
- Set up meetings and taking meeting minutes
Keys to Success -
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Confident technical skills including familiarity with programs in the MS Office Suite
- Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously are essential
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong attention to detail
