This hybrid role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in release and change management. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal leaders to develop and implement a robust tactical plan for release management, transforming our current processes into a streamlined and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with internal leaders to design and execute a comprehensive release management strategy.
- Hands-On Implementation: Roll up your sleeves to actively manage and execute release processes, ensuring smooth and timely deployments.
- Thought Leadership: Bring established release management expertise and thought leadership to guide and educate the team.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement change management frameworks for upgrades, patches, and new clearing platforms.
- Technology Integration: Work within the infrastructure teams to manage all technology-related release and change management activities.
- Infrastructure: Leverage strong cloud and data center experience to enhance change and release management processes.
- Ongoing Education: Educate and mentor team members on best practices in change and release management.
- Release Coordination: Oversee and coordinate monthly or weekly releases, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in release and change management, with a proven ability to lead and implement strategic plans.
- Strong background in infrastructure specific to cloud and data center management as it relates to change and release management.
