DIRECT HIRE | TRAVELING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER | USA
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Traveling Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining safety standards, ensuring timely project completion, and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Anticipate $80K-$110K, dependent on experience
- Commercial experience preferred, modular construction experience a plus
- Experience managing multiple projects at a time, could be $300K - $3M+ budgets
- 100% Traveling position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular production visits to monitor work progress and field operations.
- Promptly address any issues to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitate weekly project planning sessions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, change orders, and project schedules.
- Keep stakeholders, team members, and team leaders informed on project status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead clients through the process of design, development, and project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Proactively identify and address potential health and safety hazards.
- Maintain a record-high safety rating for all managed projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team coordination.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to promptly address issues.
