Job Title: Construction Materials Department Head (CMT Department Leader)
Location: Gainesville, FL (eligible for relocation)
Salary: $90,000 to $125,000 DOE, flexible for the ideal candidate

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Construction Materials/CSD Department in our Gainesville area office. This involves everything from the management of field and lab technicians to oversight of QC, hiring and recruitment and personnel development. This is a hands-on position that will help shape the face of the department in this region.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience leading construction materials testing/CSD or geotechnical engineering teams
- ACI Certification
- CTQP Certification
Nice to Have Skills:
- EIT or PE License strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Department leadership experience
