SaaS Delivery | Unable to Sponsor OPT or H1B
We are looking for an Implementation-heavy Project Manager (Remote eligible) able to work on EST time zone and spearhead SaaS implementations for our Healthcare clients. This is a permanent employee role for someone who is experienced with project planning with end-to-end delivery, including kickoffs, milestones, managing scope, and keeping implementations timely and within budget. The right candidate will have PM experience delivering into Healthcare environments and experience working previously as consultant or vendor leading successful end to end SaaS implementations from kickoff through to go lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the successful completion of a project’s end to end delivery
- Has the lead role on a project team and serves as the primary contact
- Documents project scope within SOW
- Manages changes in scope in accordance with change control procedures
- Develops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan, including tasks, start and end dates, work effort, resource assignments, milestones, and critical path
- Drives collaboration between functional teams and customers to achieve milestones and deliverables
- Ensures project plan decisions are documented
- Identifies and mitigates risks
- Documents actions items and verifies they’re completed
- Facilitates meetings. Ensures agenda and minutes are published
- Responsible for ensuring project artifacts are stored in a location in line with company policies and are accessible by appropriate team members
- Manages resource bookings for assigned project(s)
- Responsible for reporting on the status of a project and escalating issues
- Drafts Statement of Work (SOW) or Change Request (CR) wherever appropriate
Requirements:
- 5 years of SaaS implementations experience as a Consultant or project manager in the healthcare or healthcare technology space
- Experienced in detailed project planning, project governance, capacity planning, and project budgeting
- Working knowledge of the healthcare industry (Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial) and understanding of related compliance and quality aspects
- Proficient technical understanding: ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologies
- Professional experience with JIRA/Confluence and MS Project - for project plan documentation
- Work on multiple time zones including EST
- Unable to sponsor or transfer Visas - Citizen or Green Card required
