NEO Energy are currently partnered with a growing EPC who are looking to identify an Electrical Engineering Manager for their Renewable Energy division.
This position provides overall management of technical scopes for EPC or Design-Build projects with challenging schedules, ensuring successful project solutions. The role involves optimizing projects through value engineering, covering both small fast-track projects and major projects up to $100 million. This position works collaboratively with numerous business units to oversee several projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering solutions that are cost-effective, constructible, and support customer technology.
- Ensure safe project delivery and energized solutions for customers.
- Oversee the coordination and evaluation of engineering activities in collaboration with Project and Field Management.
- Ensure subcontractors deliver quality teams and experienced talent for safe, high-quality designs.
- Set project objectives and performance standards according to company policies and procedures.
- Support project proposals, sales efforts, and procurement processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years' of management Engineering experience
- A proven track record of managing full scope Electrical Engineering Packages
