About The Role
The Preconstruction Manager will work primarily on Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build, and Design/Bid/Build projects within higher education, K-12 education. and other commercial construction. Depending on the specifics of the project, the Preconstruction Manager/Estimator may be the primary day-to-day contact for the Owner and the design team. On more complex pursuits, the Preconstruction Manager/Estimator may support a Vice President of Preconstruction.
Rewards And Benefits
My client is looking to pay between $120,000 - $140,000 per annum + Benefits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture or Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of applicable estimating and/or project management experience.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating & take-off software (CostX or similar), BIM tools (Revit, Assemble, etc.), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
- Experience working for a commercial general contractor
- Experience estimating projects up to $60mil.
