We’re looking for a talented in-house Content Creator & Video Editor to join our dynamic team, help shape our clients' stories, and bring their brands to life through compelling visual content.

- You’re capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working both independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Do:
- Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video and visual content across multiple platforms (social media, websites, digital campaigns).
- Video Editing: Create dynamic, engaging, and high-quality videos that align with brand messaging and goals, ensuring a consistent, on-brand voice.
- Photography & Videography: Capture footage and images for use across various digital channels.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and final deliverables.
- Content Strategy: Contribute to content strategy by researching trends, analyzing content performance, and optimizing future projects based on data-driven insights.
- Post-Production: Manage all aspects of post-production, including cutting footage, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage a digital asset library to ensure content is easily accessible and well-maintained.
- Social Media & Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to create content for social media platforms and digital ad campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, and production. Proven track record of creating engaging digital content, preferably in a marketing, agency, or startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, and other editing/production tools.
- Creative Vision: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio of past work that demonstrates your video editing, content creation, and storytelling abilities.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media trends, digital marketing, and platform-specific content requirements.
- Photography experience and a good eye for capturing aesthetically pleasing visuals.
