We are dedicated to delivering top-notch MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services and are looking for an experienced professional to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination, meeting both company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Coordination: Review work scopes and customer deliverables. Coordinate with inventory, machine shop, inspection, purchasing, and other departments to manage material needs efficiently.
- Effective Scheduling: Ensure internal and external repair work orders are executed on time. Work closely with department supervisors to allocate resources and manage priorities effectively.
- Progress Tracking: Prepare and send weekly progress and discrepancy reports. Participate in production induction and gates meetings, adhering to all processes.
- Resource Management: Stage engine modules for assembly based on daily and weekly priorities. Prepare work-around plans for capacity surges and ensure parts and materials are available.
- Compliance and Improvement: Follow FAA and quality standards, make process improvement recommendations, and collaborate with mechanics to set and communicate delivery expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Production Planner/Coordinator, with experience in the MRO aviation industry and familiarity with the CFM56 family.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and English proficiency are essential.
- Preferred: Experience with Quantum aviation software and business proficiency in Spanish.
