We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations, including shuttling vehicles between locations and conducting pre-delivery inspections.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, and vehicle inspections following established procedures.
- Conduct road tests to ensure repair quality and safety.
- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and shipping.
- Provide professional, customer-facing support and service, addressing customer needs efficiently.
- Stay current with technical training and continuously improve skill sets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support service operations and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Technician: 2-4 years of experience in an automotive environment; automotive training preferred.
- Level 3 Technician: 5+ years of automotive experience, with EV experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; automotive repair school training is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and work order management systems.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a regular 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays, with shifts potentially occurring in the evening, overnight, or early morning.
Shift Information:
- Monday- Friday - 8 am - 5 pm
