What is the Human Resources Business Partner at Cobblestone Auto Spa?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional HRBP who is well versed in handling a wide variety of human resources responsibilities. Serves as a liaison between employees/managers of a business unit, division, or profit center and the corporate human resources function. The ideal candidate is empathetic, communicates well, and is looking to join a growing organization who values a positive employee experience in the workplace. Additionally, the successful candidate will also be proactive, organized, and has excellent attention to detail.

- Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
- Conducts employee orientations and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.
- Assists in recruiting or administration of compensation and benefit programs
- Partners and consults with site senior leadership teams on all HR initiatives for respective areas of support.
- Provides insightful, confidential, and business-focused guidance to leaders on all matters related to associate and organizational development; leads succession planning and cross-functional talent discussions with leadership teams.
- Champions and leads training and development initiatives to meet business needs.
- Ensures sourcing and selection criteria are established to support both the financial and strategic needs of the business.
- Provides day-to-day employee relations support for area management and team members.
- Facilitates collaborative problem-solving strategies to resolve associate relations issues through effective communication with all levels.
- Leads the implementation of Cobblestone HR policies and procedures and monitors the effectiveness of these programs; assists assigned functional teams with the understanding of these programs.
- Ensures functional teams are trained on recruiting procedures and appropriate attention is placed on associate retention issues; works with functional leaders to ensure performance reviews are done in a timely manner and career and training opportunities are identified as needed.
- Assists management team in developing skills to manage human resources more effectively through modeling, coaching, instruction, and training.
- Acts as a member of respective site leadership teams and participates in all staff meetings, providing HR insights on business issues.
- Manages projects and/or participates as a project member on company-wide HR initiatives.
- Supports and champions organizational change initiatives and assists field leaders as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years in human resources
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
