Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist escrow processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Skills/Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in auditing Mortgage loan documentation and/or submitting documents to the county for recording via an electronic recording platform.
- Understanding of mortgage loan documents and the ability to identify recordable documents.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organized with the ability to handle multiple functions and clients in a fast paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Customer satisfaction oriented and driven to meet required deadlines/goals.
- Ability to work independently but also as a team member.
- Excellent written communication and verbal skills
- Title company experience and/or Mortgage experience.

Degree Requirements:
Minimum: Highschool Graduate
Preferred: College Graduate
